no, really.
I'm a Midwest gal true and true. I put ranch dressing on everything, run around barefoot and only drive the back roads. I live in the most Hallmark-esque town in Ohio called Loveland: literally the land of love. The bell chimes go off every hour on the hour and everyone knows everyone: why yes, it's an regular Gilmore Girls episode on repeat. I've learned to love small town living and this place really is home.

When I was a teenager, I use to dream about living in a big city. I couldn't wait to order takeout and watch the sun hit the skyline from the rooftop of my penthouse, surrounded by people up on all things food & fashion -- you know, the ones who blogged about hailing the perfect taxi cab and life in a downtown metropolis.
SPOILER: When I moved out at 21, I bought a house in the suburbs in the same town in which I grew up --yes, the same place my parents and grandparents called home: the Midwest. I've learned to appreciate all Ohio has to offer from cornfields to the change of seasons.
